This page explains what ReadyHours collects and why. Short version: the test needs no email, the plan needs an order, and we do not sell data.

The test

Your answers (country, hazard, household size, who lives with you, pets, home type and what you have stored) are sent to our server to calculate your result and, if you buy, to build your plan. We store them with a random key. We do not ask for your name or email in the test. We log the IP address the request came from for abuse prevention only.

Buying a plan

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Shopify sends us your order number, email address, first name and the products you bought, so we can build your plan and show it to you. Payment details never reach us.

Your plan files

Your plan is stored on our server behind an unguessable link so you can download it again. Do not share the link publicly. You can ask us to delete your plan and answers at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. We count visits with a random id that only lasts while your tab is open. If we run advertising, the ad platform may set its own cookies according to its policy; we will show a consent notice where the law requires it.
